Looking at....

anyone any experiences or comments to share?

Quality?
Service?
Refunds- quickly ?

looking at Dover and Camelia- can't tell if "elephant" is grey or a greyed brown.

Also, is Ginger nicer than Tan?

If anyone has either can you report back- my concern is they would be too big for me and Dover has quite a bit of hardware- so is it heavy to carry?

I have a tan dover. The leather is gorgeous and soft, it is just roomy enough for all my crap and isn't heavy. I tend to carry more stuff in it but it is lighter than bays water clutch. I've had it 2 years now and still going strong.

But. A couple if the rivets broke early on so one if the straps came off. Oushka didn't respond to emails so I ended up getting it sort of fixed at the shoe repair shop but had to pay.

I have 3 or 4 Oushka bags but none in the styles or colours you mention and I've never made a return. I find them excellent quality and have never had any issues.
