Please help me find a coat!

Really-I want to replace my existing coat as it is knackered, but they don't seem to make it anymore!!

I'd like something that is
brown
hooded
waterproof (not necessarily for going on a 10 mile hike-but lets the water run off rather than soak in!)
bum length-not waist length which all the super dry/north face jackets seem to be and not full length (ie about 18/19 inch under the arm down to the hem)
zip
warm-not lightweight rainmac style

Arghh-please help!

I have got the Lands end Down Chalet Coat, super comfy, toasty, lite, shower proof. I wear it only when It's cold and windy, for a dry and mild day I wear just a wool coat. But that's just me, hate to be too warm.
