Boots website - aghhhhhh!

I am trying to order on the Boots website for store delivery but cannot see how I choose this option. Has anybody ever had an order delivered to a store and if so, how??

As an aside, their website is rubbish, lots of things I want to order which I can't get locally as the store is so small not available on the website either. Sad. Sort it out Boots!!!!

I agree- their website is terible - it's always slow or crashing due to volume.

I started to order something recently and gave up because as far as I could see you have to register- which means giving your DOB and all kinds of info which they will of course use for marketing and you'll never get away from them!

I have emailed them asking them - not expecting much by way of response!

They have an on line deal for some Olay stuff I use, but tempted to give up and use Amazon or Superdrug instead but its five pound off....

OP, I'm not sure which Olay product you're buying but Cheap Smells has heavily-discounted Olay products. The name sounds dodgy I know, but it's a great website with free delivery. I use it often. Hope it helps.

I've ordered to collect in store in the past. I think all you need to do is add the item to your basket, go through checkout and it gives you the option? I've just tried it out to make sure I remembered correctly and, yes, the option was there. Can you definitely get the item you're ordering delivered to a store?

DO NOT pay with Paypal on the Boots website. The staff instore didn't know how to refund on to Paypal and it was only when I phoned up to query the lack of refund (when I remembered after a month) that the customer services took me at my word and refunded the money.
AWFUL experience

Thanks for the responses. I rang Boots and it seems I did not have a normal checkout option because for some reason my account was set up for Quick Checkout, which meant I could not choose store delivery. The person on the phone could not tell me how to change it though, but he was 'very sorry' . He was also very sorry that the website did not have half the stuff I wanted. Not much use really.

What a fab website HyvaPaiva, I shall order from there in the future!!
