Do stretch jeans shrink a bit after tumbledrying?

I bought some Topshop Kristen jeans a few months ago, they came up quite big at first but now they are feeling a little tight.....

I do tumble them on a high heat and wash them regularly, would this shrink them or am I filling out?!

I think the hot tumble drying is shrinking them.

I wish tumble drying would shrink my bloody baggy Gap jeans that seem to have morphed into a size bigger round the arse since I bought them Angry

thenightsky - Do they have elastane in them?

Yes, they have elastane in them... I think all jeans do these days don't they? It's years since I saw a pair without.

I never tumble dry jeans - it ruins them.

I never tumble dry jeans either.

Iron them inside out whilst damp and hang them near a radiator if you need them to dry quickly.
