Eye cream recommendations please

Needs to tick all the boxes reduce dark circles, reduce lines, brighten, moisturise etc etc.

Saw the Sarah Chapman one on QVC today which looked good but the reviews are mixed with lots of people having reactions to it.
I use Liz Earle and Neals Yard, but the Liz Earle eye cream also has very mixed reviews.

So wise ones, please recommend yours

Lancome do an absolutely amazing one, with a concealer built in - it's terrifyingly expensive though. (Have only used a sample).
