For a special night out...not a wedding.
Any recommendations? Central or SW London?

If you go to a department store you can get a makeover at pretty much any of their beauty counters - it's free but there's an expectation that you'll buy at least some of the stuff. I'm doing it in a few weeks for a night out too and will probably just buy the mascara and one other thing that I'll use a lot anyway, maybe foundation or something. Hopefully that's not too cheeky!

Definitely dept store. Mac used to charge £20 redeemable against products, Shu Uemura do an eye makeover for £10 plus any lashes they apply for you as part of it. Both take bookings.
