Coconut Oil

Hello - Following on from the 'how to be groomed thread' (and a significant birthday making me realise I'm no longer fresh faced) I've been making more of an effort on my appearance. I've read about the wonders of coconut oil and I've started using it twice a day as a moisturiser on my face. My question is, is coconut oil enough; will it help prevent/reduce wrinkles? or do I need some sort of anti-wrinkle/anti-ageing cream too?
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

I use it on my hair - tried it on my face and found it too drying to be used as a moisturiser though it was ok for oil cleansing. MissFoodie on here recommended that if you use an oil as a moisturiser you should also use a water-based serum or moisturiser too - oil and water together are what helps skin. I used to use Neal's Yard rose facial oil together with Shu Uemura moisturising lotion (which is a liquid, almost like a toner but provides moisture, has Hyaluronic acid in it) and the combo was great for my skin overnight. You could use a serum with the coconut oil if you find it suits your skin.
