What would you recommend from Primark?

I have been a few times just been overwhelmed by the crowds and general yeuch of the place.

Going shopping tomorrow with my niece who I know will want to visit Primark so is there anything worth buying ?

I agree that the quality is no better or worse than many stores and I have recently returned more items to M & S because they were poor quality than Primark. I have nightwear, slouchy wear, seamless vests which are great, shoes that have performed very well and a suit (which I fiddled with and removed trimmings and changed buttons) on which I receive a compliment every time I wear. I never tumble dry, rarely use fabric conditioner and wash inside out etc. and they have performed well. I shop anywhere and everywhere today, with far less label loyalty than I might have had in the past. Oh, also have a brilliant bath mat!

Baby vests/sleepsuits - wear and wash well.
Accessories - jewellery, sunglasses etc.
Vests/stretchy tops - again wash well.
Skinny jeans - flattering and keep their shape! NO bagging at the knee!

do the bath sheets wash ok?
