Does anyone use Persil non bio?

I have been using this for a while in powder tablet form but lately it doesn't seem to rinse away very well. Doe's anyone else find this?

I read something in the good housekeeping section about this... I use Persil bio powder, but was using a liquid that wasn't rinsing away and made my tray go mouldy, been much better when I went back to powder. Maybe worth hopping over there.
