Breastfeeding at a wedding

Hello - I'm going to a wedding next month with 3 month DS, who I will be feeding. From my pregnancy I have this Isabella Oliver dress

www.isabellaoliver.com/maternity-clothes/uk/100/maternity-dresses/DR052.html

And was thinking of wearing it and glamming it up with accessories. Have a lovely pair of silver shoes but beyond that don't know where to start. Need a vest, necklace - ummmmmm?

Thanks for your help.

Lovely dress :)

Are you asking for advice on how to BF at the wedding, or on how to galm up the dress?

If about BF ...

It looks like the dress will pull down over your boob easily - do you think so?

Do you need the support of a bra normally? If not, then a nice crop top which looks like the top of a nice vest would work (the model in the red dress is wearing a vest underneath, it looks nice).

If you need to wear a bra, a little trickier: as easy to undo a maternity bra, but possibly a little harder to do it back up discretely! Perhaps a wrap might help?

I went to a wedding when ds was 1 month old. After the ceremony I got fed up with pulling dress down etc. so changed into jeans.

SO, - take a change of clothing for if you get fed up.

Thanks! I was thinking along the same lines about the logistics of bf-ing. I do need a bra, but want to wear a vest, too - I usually pull them down together, iykwim. I think the crossover part of the dress should actually lift up if I tie it right. I'll need to take a change of clothes anyway for general sicky incidents, I suppose - I've planned posh outfits before which haven't even made it out of the house!

Ideas for how to glam it up would be good - nice vest? Necklace? Scarf? Flatties for when I ger fed up with heels? Woven wrap?! :) I bet I spend a lot of the day wearing DS anyway!
