What exactly is a crepey?

I'm sure it's been asked time and again but I just did a quick search and can't find a clear answer.

Are you crepey of skin, or crepey of fabric? Need to know.

What's a "MN quiche"?....... Have heard it a lot, not food I guess.

Bloody hell crepeys... I have a really busy day followed by parents' evening for ds1 and out to supper and when I get home and log on I find mayhem and chaos.... are we staying here...? or starting up a new home of our own?
