ordering from Mango online

Are Mango always this slow or is it due to the sales period?

I ordered a couple of items on the 19th, no dispatch email or charge on my card yet.

Anyone else have similar experiences?

yep, similar experience here.
ordered 4 items, one was sold out by the time i placed the order, one not available after they'd taken the money. They refunded immediately.
The rest two items arrived after about 10 days from the initial order...
One of them is too small, but I can't be bothered to return...

Mango is a nightmare because it's Spanish and all the goods get shipped from there - which means if you return you also have to return to there. If you want to online shop Mango it's better to do it from a department shore or ASOS

Their returns are slightly better now - you do have to pay for postage but at least they have a UK address now. But yes, they do take ages as they ship from the continent.

I ordered a pair of jeans a few weeks ago and they were dispatched the next day and I received them within four days. Maybe if there's an out of stock item they try and source it before refunding.

Oh no, really? Perhaps I'll try and cancel my order then.
If I need to return items can you return to a store or do you have to post items back?
I would have ordered through JL but they didn't stock the items, I've just checked the Mango website and both items have gone so perhaps they are now out of stock in any event. Grrrr

never really had any problems with mango online.
