What sleek palettes to buy?

I want a good range of colours so which Sleek palettes are good?

If I was to buy 2 or 3 (bearing in mind I have the urban decay naked palette) which ones would you recommend?

What is your skin tone / hair / eye colour?

Fair but warm skin tone, very blonde hair and green/grey eyes.
