question about great plains sizing.

I'm between a 12 and a 14, never ordered from Great Plains and wanted to know how their sizes come up. They have their medium as a 12 and large as 14. In gap and m&s id be medium, but large in uniqlo and prob large in zara. Im looking at buying some tops in the sale online. Im quite busty so should I steer to large, or are they quite generously cut? Any advice greatly appreciated.

i think they come up a bit smaller than usual so would size up

I am a 12 & all my Great Plains stuff is a M apart from one peculiarly large- sized dress that lots of S & B'ers bought en masse last year (the birds one, there was a real scrum for it!) Had to change that for a Small.

Same as Sparklegeek - I'm a size 12 and medium in all but the birds dress, which comes up big!

I am an 8 and ordered the song birds top in an xs and it was huge, I'd say a size 12 so I was going to say they come up big but if Lexie found the same as me with just the birds dress maybe it's just a one off. I won't order again though because of it and also because my order took over 3 weeks to arrive.

I've ordered quite a lot recently in the sale. I'm a 16, the trousers fit well on hips and legs, if a little big in the waist, dresses true to size, tops didn't suit me unfortunately, I found the sleeves too tight round my upper arms, but you are a lot smaller so might be ok.

I'm a similar 12/ 14 size. M in M and S and Gap and Uniqlo and def L in Zara. Also quite busty. I have a long straight/ fitted top from Great Plains in a L which is a good fit. V slight drape at top but that actually makes it look better (I think!). So I would guess a L.

I'm an 8 (xs) in skirts, and a 10 (s) and have found the fit to be generous.

All the GP stuff I have is generous in size. I think you'd be better with a Medium.

I've returned stuff twice no problems. Sale stuff isn't free returns though.
