help! lilac highlights!!

Due to hard water and yellowy tones in my blonde highlighted hair, I used a Touch of Silver shampoo from Boots.....Left it on for five minutes and dried it. I now have vaguely lilacy/purple tints on the really bleached highlights in my hair. How do I get rid??????????????

Maybe try washing up liquid or head & shoulders shampoo.

Try using head and shoulders for a few washes, it's great/dreadful for stripping colour. Alternatively any shampoo with sodium chloride in it should do the trick. Hth.
