Transitional coat/jacket needed

I need something for spring. Warm ish but not a winter coat iykwim.

I did have the Boden rainy day mac, but I hate it. I feel like something off kids tv in it. But it did do it's job.

I hate trench coats/ macs and Parkers so am struggling a bit. Have my eye on something in Cos, but it's navy and navy doesn't suit me. I have bought loads of macs and Parkers in the past, but never end up wearing them. Sent 2 to charity yesterday.

So, all advice welcome!
