urgent shoe colour advice please

Husband. New slim black levis, blue and black flowered shirt with dark blue slim blazer and slim black tie. Smart casual do. Just the shoes to get now. Blrown or blackplease?

Brown! Try never to buy black shoes! Also - are you sure about the tie?!

I hate brown shoes with black jeans. In fact smart shoes with jeans aren't a good look IMO.

Yes the tie picks up the black satin part of the blazer collar. Sounds vile but is lovely. In h and m and will try to do link later.

I'd say dark grey. Not enough people wear grey shoes.

In the end it was a toss up between grey and black Vans but he chose the black. Thanks for the advice. He looks scrummy
