bubble hems?

Are they incredibly naff?

Not if you're a toddler, just bought my 4yr old a skirt with a bubble hem....

That's what i suspected

Not a good look even for those small of hip.

Its a shame because the dress is a lovely colour, and once its on you don't immediately notice that its bubble hem. Its not puffy or anything(!) its just folded under at the bottom. I bought if off ebay and you couldn't tell from the picture. So its subtle, but i know.

Hmm, am thinking either charity shop or alter it and turn it into a top!
