Sandpaper shins!

My legs are unbelievably dry and hairy. Any recommendations for a good cream, not greasy. Am using a Clarins lotion but its just too 'thin'.

Use foot cream with urea. It's the only thing that stops my shins from itching. CCS from Superdrug is good.

Palmers cocoa butter is also good.

Lush dream cream. It's made with oat milk and is very nice and thick too.
