I'm thinking of buying a pair but I'll have to buy them online. Are they comfortable and what's the sizing like? I don't usually wear heels but these look chunky so I'm thinking I should be ok.

They're fab and very comfortable. I sized down and have size 37. Thought they would be too tight when I first wore them but they have given and are great now. I'm between sizes and a 38 would have been too big. I love them, and the wedge trainers too!

I got a pair from Red Direct when they had the 40% off offer. I love them. Comfy and great with skinnys and dresses.

Same as Brock I sized down. I'm a 7.5 usually and have a 40. I love them so much I also bought the Ash Bowie trainers and the Ash Spirals!! Make sure you shop around for the best deal though.

I'm another fan of Ash Jalouse boots. I wear them with skinnies and skirts. I'm usually a 7 and bought them in a 40 and they fit fine. I do have quite a wide foot so would have struggled with a 39.

Thanks! What's the difference between the Jalouse and the Spiral?

The Spiral has an inside zip, rounder toe and blockier heel.

Well I ordered them and they've arrived. I'm always a 37...not between...always 37. And they're massive!! I've put 3 sets of insoles in them and they still feel like they'll fall off. Gutted! And I live in France so it'll cost me a fortune to send them back to the UK. Off to buy some heel grips......shame because they are lovely.

shopafrolic did you take the same size with the spiral as for the jalouse? I quite like the prune spiral but not sure what the colour would go with.

Yup, same size in Jalouse and Spiral. I have prune coloured Bowie trainers and wear them with blue jeans, and grey, and prune!! Grin

I'm not sure if the prune of the Bowies is the same as the prune of the Jalouse so can't comment on that I'm afraid.
