I think it's lovely if you're the right age to wear it, it's quite a young style.

Yes I think so. I'm an hourglass and that sort of style usually suits me - flared skirt, nipped in at the waist and scooped neck.

The second one is far more dressed-down but I like it. Are you looking for something for a special occasion or just a general dress? I think the first one is more evening-y.
