Anyone tried Merrell Taiga boots?

I started another thread yesterday about my desperate need for boots for current snowy and icy conditions that won't slip.

Have already had some good suggestions, but wondered if anyone had actual experience of these Merrell Taiga boots which look as if they might meet the need. I'd want the zip version, which should be easier/quicker to put on:

Thought I'd start a separate thread which Merrell enthusiasts might notice.

Any views, please???

I love my taiga boots and wear them to tramp about with the buggy both on and off road. they are v cosy and have never leaked. the size imo is perfect, true sizing. for me personally, they are not a great looking boot but function before style!

a word of warning, the zip went on mine and also on my friends taiga buckle ones. Merrill have replaced them with no quibbles after one year, but as I expect it's a point of weakness, I've gone for the same boot but with laces up the front this time (sorry can't remember the name).
