I've just done OCM for first time and I have some questions:

I used extra virgin olive oil from my kitchen cupboard. Not a posh one, just Asda's own. Should I get a better quality olive oil?

I blended it with organic castor oil from holland and barrat, by eye approx 75% olive 25% castor. Is that ok? Or should I measure it more precisely?

How often should I do OCM? Every evening? If not, what should I do when not doing OCM?

How can I tell if it's not quite the right blend? How long should I try a blend for before trying a different one?

If I want to try different oils such as jojoba, where can I get good quality ones from?

I followed the method shown here . Is this the right method?

Thanks.
