Help finding something to wear with this dress please

Hi, I have just bought this dress to wear for an interview

I don't know what to wear with it, to cover my arms. Does anyone have any ideas please?

I've tried a few things but nothing seems to look right.

I think a biker jacket could look very cool. Oasis have quite a few but All Saints have nicer ones (that cost a lot).

How about this? It's smart enough for the interview, the cropped length will suit the shape of the dress, and the zips make it more interesting than a normal blazer. It's also a bargain reduced from £119 to £36.
