I know it's the post Christmas sales etc but is anyone else getting completely narked with returns ATM?
Atterley Road - returned 2 items almost 2 weeks ago - still not back there so no refund yet, their customer service says Royal Mail are taking 10 days to get stuff to them
Hush - returned a dress over a week ago - not back there yet so no refund. Ordered a jumper in exchange by phone on the 8th, email yesterday to say it was dispatched and then another one today to say sorry but it's actually out of stock 
have just sent a narky email asking them to clarify what is actually happening.
Anyone else having problems?
