Complaining to Selfridges - poor customer service

Just interested in other people's experiences. Had lots of problems placing an order online last week. Several phone calls and emails to the customer service team and I've heard nothing. Very dissapointed, I'm used to such good service from places like John Lewis. A quick google search also shows other complaints about their customer service. They are simply not interested in dealing with the complaint or trying to rectify the situation. It's really put me off ordering from them again.
Anyone else had problems with them?

Alos had lots of problems with Selfridges online shopping. They have not delivered my order but refuse to refund me as it is an international order. After lots of arguments I now have a half of set of glasses of what I ordered with a few refunded but not all. What do I do. Be aware of customer service manager Brian Rodriguez.
