Just interested in other people's experiences. Had lots of problems placing an order online last week. Several phone calls and emails to the customer service team and I've heard nothing. Very dissapointed, I'm used to such good service from places like John Lewis. A quick google search also shows other complaints about their customer service. They are simply not interested in dealing with the complaint or trying to rectify the situation. It's really put me off ordering from them again.
Anyone else had problems with them?
