Would something like city lips give me results like cosmetic lip injections?

it has hyalouronic acid in it, just like lip injections.

Never heard of City Lips but many years ago I used to use Duwop Lip Venom. It does indeed make you look like you've had lip injections, but the effect lasts less than an hour. And if you accidentally get it outside your lip line you look like you've been punched in the mouth. Oh and it stings :)

I would question what is in City Lips to give your lips that effect - can't be good for you surely?

Thanks casting not sure what is in it, but i thought maybe it's better than lip injections.
