Cos sale update...

So, I very excitedly spent over £400 online on stuff from the cos sale. Dresses, tops and trousers. Waited for it all to arrive, convinced I'd want to keep it all. None of it looks nice on. The sizes are all weird, even though I've got about 4 cos tops already in a size small and they for me perfectly. Everything I ordered hung wrongly, sleeves were too tight or too loose, material didn't feel right, just not for me. So I sent it all back. Disappointed. Thought you'd like to know.

They're one of those brands you really need to try on to see whether the garments will suit.

Have exchanged 2 size small tees for xtra small.
will see how they are,but am size 12 so it seems odd sizing I agree.

COS is like that. You have to shop instore.
Feel the material before trying on. Discard if polyestery.
Keep if silk or cotton or a good weighty jersey.
They also have laser-cut rubber and what-not, if that's your thing.
Try on loads. Some sack-like things there look amazing on, others just awful.
Bring a friend.

My online order from them was a total failure.
I found really lovely things visiting the store.

Completely agree withDona. I think it is nigh on impossible to buy online. Web pictures of those hungry looking androgynous cranky (looking) models don't give much of an idea of their clothes either. But it is definitely woh seeking out a store and trying stuff on. Try on loads. You'll be surprised what works. Some of their stuff is fab.
