Cos sizing question

I am a 16, would that be large in their trousers?

A 16 in COS is a size 44.

If the clothing is sized XS, S, M, L and XL, I'd err to the XL.

However, it's best to go try the things or if you're ordering online, order a few sizes as the cuts differ.

Cos clothes are really weirdly cut and the sizing is inconsistent in my experience.

I have some in M and I would say they are 12-14. So, I would say an L would do you.
Get both L and XL.?
