Bag question - suggestions needed

I'm looking for a handy largish cross body bag to take on my hols; it needs to be fairly lightweight and not cumbersome.

I was looking at this Kipling bag (minus the stupid monkey)...it's a possibility if a bit dull.

But I was wondering if there are any other brands / makes of bag of this type that are out there apart from Kipling? I'm struggling to find what I'm looking for. Budget is modest; up to £60.

Thanks Smile

Dont know what your style is but I would agree the kipling bag is a bit average.
Cath Kidston do nice cross body bags. Topshop, ASOS, Amazon, Fossil have good ones if you are willing to look around. If all else fails John Lewis will have something. Good luck

Tommy Hilfiger do similar style cross body bags in canvas/fabric, not too pricey compared to leather.

Don't like Cath Kidston, sorry, too fussy. I'm looking for a plain bag really. Have looked at John Lewis and Topshop, nothing suitable.

Was hoping for pointers towards particular brands rather than retailers, but thanks for your post anyway. Will check out Fossil but think they'll be too dear.

I've just bought this Radley one, but perhaps it might be a little small?? Just a little over your budget at £83, reduced from £129. It arrived today and I'm very pleased with it and was also pleased to see that the dog tag comes off ...

That's very nice, Not, although I'm not looking for a leather one for my travels.....but I might be tempted by that for everyday use here! Seems a great price as well; thanks Grin

It is rather nice, isn't it? More colours on the Radley website - a tad more expensive at £89 + postage. I love the green, but I already have two green bags, and a third would be just silly!

Hmm. Link failure - try this: www.radley.co.uk/stables-medium-flapover-across-body-bag

Or even this: www.radley.co.uk/stables-medium-flapover-across-body-bag

Sigh.
