Does anyone know if Grommies are still in business? I ordered 3 pairs of boots before Christmas. Delivery was prompt, boots were great, however they were all too small and I have been trying without success to get in touch with them for about 5 weeks now. Phone numbers don't work and no response so far to about 6 email that I have sent. One pair of boots has already been sent back.. and I have no idea if they have actually been received or whether there is any likelihood I will be sent a larger pair.
I'm baffled as initially they seemed like a safe company.
Anyone know anything?
