Right, I finally took the bull by the horns after a couple of years of wearing the wrong size (gained weight, had 2 babies, lost weight) and bought a new bra from Freya - experience tells me they fit me well when the right size. Went down a back-size and up 2 cup-sizes.

Scooped and gathered everything in, from under arms, tops of thighs, etc., etc.

Now, my problem is that once everything is "in", my nipples don't lie flush in the middle of the bra on the seams iyswim. Any attempt to manoeuvre them in to position results in the cup not being filled evenly.

The cup-size is a GG so as you can imagine I'm not dealing with something easy to manipulate.

Any tips or thoughts? Do I need to get my nipples cut off and sewn back on in a more appropriate place?

Hmm, sounds like this just isn't a good style/cut for you. Is it an unpadded style? TBH, I've sold all my unpadded Freyas as they just didn't hold my boobs (30G) in the correct place at all!
