You could try the bailey buttons, you can undo them

I've got fat ankles (size 20) and wider than average feet and my uggs fit fine. Cannot get normal boots from normal shops on usually.

Mini are quite hard to get on because there's not much length to the boot shaft. Bailey button mini are a bit easier.

You'll probably be able to get the classic short on, the only issue can be if your calves are very very wide there's an inflexible trim to the top of the boot that could make marks on your leg if its tight.

Bailey button doesn't have this so if classic short is uncomfy try bailey or a rolled down classic tall

These ones have buckles so you'll be able to adjust them to the right size;

Or if you wanted the mini boots, Ugg now do mini Bailey Buttons;

I am size 26 and the short ones fit me perfectly. Go up a size if in doubt. I have long burgundy ones that fit too.
