Got to update wardrobe . All on eBay. I like Jaeger, Brora, fat face. Advice please on other good brands/designer names to go for. I'm 45 and size 14/16.

I want to look casually well dressed.

Be careful, I'm sick of the bobbly crap off eBay. If it has a name they put in on in any condition
I have had more luck in charity shops in nice towns, not oxfam which has got ridiculously expensive
I also go to a couple of clothing agencies, more expensive than charity shops but like new.I have a gorgeous Laura Ashley wool coat for £25

How about Jigsaw, Kew, Cabbages & Roses, Crumpet, Hush, Whistles, White Stuff? Cath Kidston? Anthropologie?

I live on eBay, but agree it can be hit or miss. Take time to read the description carefully, but brands you know well and don't be afraid to start a case if the item is very different to described!

Good luck Smile
