I wear a lot of dresses, almost always with either black or brown boots with a chunky heel (can't be bothered to teeter on stilettos or have uncomfortable feet) and matching tights. Occasionally, I wear coloured tights, such as dark red or purple. I am restricted shoe-wise because I wear orthotics, but I also have some incredibly comfortable and flattering Hotter Valetta shoes in black and brown, which I wear with the same tights combination as with the boots.
You could try tan boots, as they're quite neutral, if you're not happy with the look of black/brown ones.

I sometimes find that brown goes with more than black. Eg brown /tan shoes would be fine with most of those except the black polka dot one. Tights I tend to try to match with whatever I am wearing over or under the dress eg. A plum cardi and dark plum tights plus brown shoes tend to look ok. Grey opaque tights are quite useful too as less severe than black and go with black or brown shoes and boots. Or you could wear nude tights if the dresses are a bit lighter of background. hth

Have you tried barely black tights? Not as warm as opaques I know, but I find that they look OK with black, brown or tan shoes / boots, but don't 'suck' the color out of dresses in the same way that heavy plaques do. I also find grey opaques can be a useful look with some colors.

In the summer use a gradual v light tanner like dove or similar...or wear footless tights under dresses with wedge sandals and ballet shoes .....or trousers.....or just look at most other folks legs and decide not to worry about it!

Probably a darker teal tights as long as it's from a similar tone. Otherwise pick out another colour in the dress? eg if it has a blue or brown in the pattern could go for that? Braver people may choose a completely random colour like fuscia for tights (but I'm not brave enough!)
I find dark burgundy / mulberry tights go with lots so could be a good place to start!x
