Anyone else using things up before opening Christmas goodies?

I have a full-size Sanctuary body wash, scrub and lotion, a S&G shower gel and lotion, Aveda shampoo and conditioner and a bag full of lovely Clarins stuff to use but I'm determined to work my way through the whole drawer full of half used lotions and potions I have saved up first. So boring using Palmolive shower gel and VO5 shampoo with nice stuff waiting but it's waste to open new stuff now. I must say, working my way through the body scrub and body lotion (aka actually using it for once) is leaving me smelling and feeling pretty good! Anyone else joining me on a use it up quest?

I'm doing the same Brian . New Year resolution is to be less wasteful, and appreciate what I do have more. Plan to buy no new clothes, accessories, cosmetics etc for full year. Can buy tights or toiletries from supermarket if absolutely stuck, but bye bye Space NK , H of F beauty hall etc. Grateful for the nice things I got for Christmas and looking forward to using them when other stuff runs out.

Ooooh, not a problem with body stuff. I just grab what's on the shelf, and when I clean the bathroom I put everything in the cupboard and hoik out something new.

But for the past year I've used a huge bottle of Philosophy Microdelivery wash (had smaller bottles before that) and ran out of Hope In A Jar so bought something from Lacuna (Aldi)

I treated myself to some Elemis for Christmas.I decided to use the Bliss capsuals as an intensive pre-Christmas treatment with the Pro-Collegen Marine Cream.

I'm patiently waiting now to use up my Philosophy before I start the Elemis cleanser.

(I've only got one shampoo-Micheal DeCesare and a Phillip Kingsley Elastisisor. So no problems with using up shampoo)

I'm always trying to do this - but get bored so quickly with products and end up binning them. No more! I didn't get any cosmetics this yr, so it'll give me chance to use the millions of bottles lurking in my cupboard.
