Help need advice for a size 14/16

Hi all, I really need advice I'm 4'10 & size 14/16 I had my 3rd child 15 months ago & can't seem to shift the weight so I live in jeans & baggy jumpers but I want to dress more stylish but also hide my 'flabby' area's I really need help to ditch my mundane wardrobe does anyone have any idea what sort of clothes I should by going for?

Bump! Have no clue what to go for anymore!! Am size 18/20 and 5ft8. Live in leggings and tunics but have rugby player legs and sumo top arms. Have no clue and would love to look classically stylish?
