Hair Oil

So I've got myself some hair oil & put some in today - so far, so good, but how often should I be applying it? After every wash? Or is it more of a once a week/month kind of thing?

What type of oil is it? Hot oil? Heat protective oil?

I use Elvive extraordinary oil after every wash on wet hair and then on the ends between wahes if they look a bit dry.

It's L'oreal Mythic Oil - It doesn't claim to offer any heat protection, just to be "nourishing"

I put it on after I wash my hair, it's great stuff.

I slather loads on and leave overnight and then wash it the next morning. I also use it on wet hair before drying.

Mythic oil is good but L'Oreal Extrodainary oil is FANTASTIC imo.

I put it on before blow drying and after to tame fly aways.
