Best wine/berry lipstick?

Have an gorgeous wine coloured dress to wear to a NYE party and I'd like a lipstick to compliment it.

Fannied around at the MAC counter for like an hour earlier today and found that they were all were way too harsh and looked like I had a split lip. Or the ones that looked 'okay' made my teeth look gleaming yellow when I smiled

I love the look of a berry/wine lip- and always have, just today as reaffirmed that it will never suit me and I should just settle with a nude- but I was wondering if any S&Bers have had a similar problem and could point me towards any good shades or brands?

I have very fair skin with yellow undertones, no redness at all and dark hair and eyes. Usually I wear coral, cool reds and beige nudes.

How about Clinique almost lipstick? Comes in one shade, Black Honey, which is berry/wine, but transparent - you can build it up into quite an intense shade or leave it as a hint of colour. Very nice product indeed.

I was just coming on to recommend Black Honey but niminypiminy has beaten me to it.
I love it, it reminds me of a grown up bersion of the Rimmel Black Cherry that I used to wear as a teenager

Revlon 'just bitten' in crush, which looks like a crayon (like clinique chubby stick). It's beautiful.
