Sparkly shrug / cardi

I've decided to wear a black dress I already have for my work Xmas do, but thought a bright / sparkly cardi would work well. When I found this one I thought it was job done but its out of stock!

Anyone recommend something similar or brightly coloured that would go well with a black dress or other simple stuff over Xmas?
