What color nails with a LBD? Bright or dark

I know everyone says rouge noir type of thing but in the dark / evening do, surely neon more fun?
Nails short. Not fake

Or Celebrity Bash by Rimmel, or Bahama Mama by Essie.

Silver basecoat with silver Barry M glitter over the top is my fave.

I've got Barry M Amethyst Glitter over Rimmel Pompous (a rich purple) on at the moment, it's lovely.

I love a neon nail not going to lie and essie lights is the best neon pink ever! But for something a bit more classy I second nails in the boltons (a lovely metallic red), opi ink is also lovely (a deep inky blue) or if you like a bit of sparkle I am currently wearing nails in the Thames (grey)with nails inc sloane square (charcoal glitter) on top.
