Would any of you be able to recommend a good place for a break for an exhausted middle aged couple?

DH is worn out with work and I am worn out by work with long commute plus I have had horrible sickness virus. I thought I would book 3 or 4 nights away early next year for a treat for him.

We like swimming and country walks and massage. Do any of you know of a good hotel or health farm?

we are in London and I was thinking of up to an hour or hour and a half drive if necessary.

Chewton Glen, Careys Manor, 4 Seasons Hampshire?

All gorgeous, though not budget choices.

Thank you! I know it will be expensive but he is working so hard and never gets a minute off (own business so can't leave it). I think it won't be wasted cash because he needs a break.

You can come froggers if you aren't phased by overweight grey faced people in swim suits.

I spent a night at haven hotel on sandbanks Poole. Not lushly spa but neat and tidy with an award winning restaurant.

If you like tranquil water and coast walks then check it out.

Absolutly love Eastwell Manor www.eastwellmanor.co.uk/ especially the manor rooms, absolutly divine. Super service, tasty food (impressive wine and cheese cellar) and very relaxing spa therapies.

Where ever you go I hope you both have a very chillaxed time
