Nail polish recommendations?

I would like an 'ordinary' polish, not gel wraps. I basically never wear polish, except on toes, but would like to branch out to have one or two that I could wear for job interview / occasions. Something classy and well wearing that could be worn in the day. Maybe graphite or nude? Does anyone have any specific recommendations? I don't mind spending a bit as bottles always last me a long time because I don't wear it often!

Essie ballet slippers is a best selling pale pink one - Think that may be considered 'nude '

I bought Chanel 559 Frenzy on Friday. It looks very classy and I can not recommend it enough.

Leighton Denny supermodel is nice, or Stunning which is very very pale pink. Use No 7 Stay Perfect top coat - makes it last ages.

Jessica Beautiful is a nice nude pink

Thanks! I will look them up. Any suggestions for muted silvers/graphite/light grey?

Look at OPI, they also have lovely mini sizes, so you can choose a few colours

Essie Sugar Daddy

Rimmel Black Pearl

Maybelline Rosy Sand

are some of my favourites. Worth investing in a good base and topcoat too, I am currently using OPI Nail Envy as a base and Sally Hansen Insta Dry as a top, it dries super fast.

I really really like Nails Inc's Porchester Square- its sort of a taupey colour, and is more 'there' than a pale pink, but still nude. I work in the most stuffy of professions and it's fine there, so I think it'd be ok for interviews. Jermyn Street is the next shade darker and still perfectly nude too.
