Not sure but you could order another pair, apply the code and return the first pair for a refund?

If you've just this minute ordered, you may be able to cancel the order and then re order using the code (but check they have what you want in stock first using another tab on your browser.)

Email them. They will normally apply the code to save the hassle of cancelling the order and reordering

i can't find anywhere to cancel so have emailed. am so annoyed with myself!

I did this a few days ago. I just emailed and fibbed that I couldn't get the code to work. They sent me a reply apologising for any inconvenience and amended the price.

They might still amend it for you. I suppose they'll be eager to keep you as a customer.

You have the right anyway to cancel the order under the distance selling regulations. In any case, they will apply the code for you I am sure
