Help me dress this dress down please!

I'm wearing this to a Xmas lunch tomorrow, and I've just found out it's less formal than I thought... help me dress it down please! I can go late night shopping tonight..

Would you be able to wear a long sleeved top underneath it? I can't quite picture if that would work or not!

Probably not - It's quite low cut. I have a cropped red cashmere cardigan...

maybe nude tights and red shoes with that?
