Trousers for an odd shape.

My legs are a size 12 but my waist is a size 16. I live in size 14 leggings. I am on an extremely limited, supermarket prices budget.

What, other than leggings would suit me?

I usually buy in Tesco. Their size 14 skinny jeans are too baggy on the legs, terribly so, yet are tight around the waist.

Losing weight isn't happening, I can't exercise due to my disabilities - swimming would be best for my RA, but I also have epilepsy and it's not safe. So losing the two stone that has stuck to my waist isn't happening.

I just want cheap skinnies that fit round the waist AND aren't baggy on the legs. Am I asking the impossible?
