Frumpy ?

a) frumpy

or
b) potentially useful ?

It doesn't look very inspiring on screen and the price is high, even reduced, but I'm usually prepared to pay when I can get something in my size which is good quality and I'll get loads of wear from it.

It also does look better in RL as I've actually tried it on in Italy and it fits well - long enough (I'm tall) and not baggy. But I didn't love it enough to buy at full price.

I do tend to have doubts about all cardis on the big-busted, but at least it's not a waterfall ....

Think it's nice. Am a bit of a frump myself though...maybe that's your answer. Certainly nicer than anything waterfall ish.

God it really is frumpy imo, sorry! BUT if you have tried it on and love it just buy it and wear it, who cares what anyone else thinks?

Thanks a lot. I don't actually love it, but I do think it fits well (ie not too tent-like) and would go with lots of my long tops (won't call them tunics!!!) with skinnies and boots, etc.

Just did! Can't say I'm a great fan of the shop (Beige) in general but they do stock some pieces like this by Persona which is one of the Max Mara group - which I certainly do like.
