Do not order online with Mango!!!!!!!

I ordered online and returned it to a store (none local so had to travel) as I mistakenly thought it would be dealt with sooner. Now over a month later and one unanswered email, I rang this morning, they said oh it looks like it is being processed today Just checked my emails and they have only refunded 3 of the 4 items. Just rang again and they say they only recieved 3.......I CLEARLY have a reciept showing 4. Now have to send proof. Beyond angry

I second that. I won't go into the long story, but they are wankers and it took roughly 4 months to get my refund.

For all those mango fans, asos stock it, they often have discounts on, and theyre not wankers-much better to shop with!

.....grrrr-so I won't hold out much hope in getting the rest of my money refunded for a while then?!! I feel like posting everywhere about how bad they are!!!

They don't pay much attention to it to be honest- I complained on twitter and fb, they just ignored it. Mine was a return, the address I was given was in spain, and the parcel went walkabouts.

I had a similar experience - you can't return the item to the shop - it has to be posted - then when I phoned up to chase my refund they told me all returned goods get sent back to their warehouse in Spain (!) and because of that refunds take a minimum of four weeks! I did eventually get it though.

I've never had any problems with them.
