I believe her necklace is from Italian jeweller called Pianegonda. I searched online about this some months ago & followed a thread similar to this one where one woman managed to purchase an exact replica for about £800 from their boutique near the Spanish Steps in Rome. Bit too costly for me unfortunately ...
