BaByliss Big Hair - any good??

I am growing out my wavy, frizz-prone hair; currently have a chin-length bob and am aiming for shoulder-length or just over.
I have neither the time, nor the inclination to spend a lot of time on styling my hair (and I am not v good at it - round brush and air-dryer is beyond me).

So, is the BaByliss Big Hair as good as the hype?? Any (bad) experiences? They seem to go used on ebay for similar money as new on Amazon Hmm.
Any experiences you'd care to share much appreciated Smile.

I really wanted to love mine. I have thick, wavy, frizz prone hair that sits just below my shoulders. I used it dry, damp, wet, low setting, high setting, every combination I could. It just didn't work for me, I tried it every time I washed my hair for about a month as I was convinced I just needed practice. But on the plus side I didn't scalp myself with it.

Crap if you have thick hair ime.

Just bought one. It arrived today and when I used it I almost cried. It did wonders for my shoulder length, thick curly hair. If I let it dry naturally, I get tight curls which I love but take a lot of work to keep looking nice. BBH just gave me amazing Kate Middletonesque sleek waves!

It's £24.99 with free p&p on amazon. Is that good?

I like mine. I've got a 'just below the chin' length, layered bob and my hair is thick, frizzy and dries in horrible waves if I let it dry naturally.

BBH makes my hair smooth and swishy and really separates the layers in a way that straightener's don't. I'd replace it with another if it broke.

I love mine too. I have shoulder length fine hair and it makes it look like I have just been to the salon for a blow dry every day. Plus for me it stays looking good all day. I have always been an messer and this makes me look more like a stylish lady!!

Ooops just ordered one!!!!

I have fine and lank shoulder length hair and love my BBH - I just wash my hair, spray a bit of heat protection stuff and leave to dry for a little while while I do some chores.

Then I use the BBH (sectioning off the top layers while I do the bottom layers) and it takes 5-10 mins so far quicker than when I used to blow dry my hair from scratch.

It looks great, as if I have had my hair professionally blown dry and it lasts all day.

Has anyone tried the Babyliss Shape and Smooth Airstyler? It is only £10 so might be rubbish, is it worth paying the extra for the Big Hair one?

I have thick hair and chin length bob, it works for me, makes such a difference!
